Booking

When you book a service with us, we will ask you to provide us with your credit card information. We will not charge your card at the time of booking, but it will be securely stored on file. This card will be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

Rescheduling/Late Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $30. We require a valid credit card to secure your appointment. Please note that any appointments cancelled or rescheduled without 24 hours’ notice will result in the cancellation fee. Please arrive on time for your appointment, as failure to do so may result in your appointment being canceled. If you are running late, be sure to let us know. Those who are 15 minutes late or more will be rescheduled, and will be charged a cancellation fee.

No-Show Appointments

If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without any prior notice, you will be considered a no-show. A no-show appointment will be charged the cancellation fee. We reserve the right to refuse service and/or require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.

Refunds

Please be aware that we have a strict no-refunds policy for all of our services, deposits, and fees. This means that once your appointment is booked and paid for, there will be no refunds or exchanges for any reason.
